\u2022 Orders for which no after-sales request is made within 7 days of delivery;

\u2022 Items damaged, lost, polluted, or improperly stored due to customer negligence;
\u2022 Items clearly marked \u201cnon-refundable,\u201d including clearance, pre-sale, special discount, or customized products;
\u2022 Packages returned due to customs failure or clearance issues (see Section 5);

(3) Eligible Return & Refund Conditions<\/strong>
You may apply for a return or refund if one of the following conditions is met:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 The item is damaged, deteriorated, leaking, or has other quality issues upon arrival;
\u2022 The item is incorrect, missing from the package, or the outer packaging is seriously damaged;
\u2022 The item is heavily damaged during transit and becomes unusable;
\u2022 The item has not shipped beyond the promised timeframe (excluding pre-orders);
\u2022 For pre-sale items, if they are not shipped within 30 days of the estimated date, a no-fault refund may be requested.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Please return the product within 5 calendar days and provide the tracking number;
\u2022 After we confirm the returned item is in acceptable condition, a refund will be issued within 3\u20137 business days;
\u2022 For quality-related returns,\u00a0YaBuyBuy\u00a0will cover return shipping costs; for non-quality returns, the customer bears the cost;
