In 1970, when cosmetics for sensitive skin were still uncommon, Japanese skincare brand Acseine collaborated with dermatologists to establish the Acseine Research Organization, specializing in the research of skin problems caused by cosmetics. Acseine was created with the goal of developing non-irritating and fragrance-, color-, and allergen-free cosmetics. Acseine products prevent recurring dermatitis and are free of harmful substances to keep skin healthy. Acseine has three product lines to meet the needs of various skin types: AD Control series for sensitive skin, AL Basic Skin Care series for easily irritated skin, and AC Sebum Clean Up series for adult acne.
