{"id":2027,"date":"2021-06-16T05:27:38","date_gmt":"2021-06-16T05:27:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/klbtheme.com\/bacola\/vendor-registration\/"},"modified":"2026-04-14T11:00:02","modified_gmt":"2026-04-14T03:00:02","slug":"vendor-registration","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/wp.yabuybuy.com\/nn\/vendor-registration\/","title":{"rendered":"User Registration Agreement"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5>This Agreement is entered into between\u00a0<strong>KOSEI,K.K.<\/strong>\u00a0(hereinafter referred to as \u201c<strong>YaBuyBuy<\/strong>\u201d or \u201cwe\u201d) and the user (hereinafter referred to as \u201c<strong>you<\/strong>\u201c) who registers, logs in, and uses the services on the\u00a0<strong>YaBuyBuy Platform<\/strong>\u00a0(hereinafter referred to as \u201cthis Platform\u201d).<\/h5>\n<h5>By clicking \u201cRegister\u201d or using the Platform in any way, you agree that you have fully read, understood, and accepted this Agreement and will be legally bound by it.<\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Important Notice:<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you are under 16 years of age, you may only use our services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.<\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Article 1: Acceptance of Agreement<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5>1.1 This Agreement applies to all your activities on the Platform, including registration, shopping, browsing, and commenting.<br \/>\n1.2 If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must stop using our services immediately.<br \/>\n1.3\u00a0YaBuyBuy\u00a0reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts, restrict access, or cancel orders at its sole discretion as permitted by law.<\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Article 2: User Information Management<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5>2.1 You are responsible for providing truthful and accurate information and for updating it in a timely manner.<br \/>\n2.2 You must safeguard your account and password and must not lend, rent, or transfer them.<br \/>\n2.3 We will protect your personal data in accordance with applicable laws.<br \/>\n2.4 We may send you notifications via SMS, email, or app notices.<br \/>\n2.5 You may not collect or use others\u2019 personal data without authorization.<br \/>\n2.6 Your data may be stored on servers located in Japan or other legally permitted regions.<\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Article 3: Product and Transaction Information<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5>3.1 Product information is subject to change. Delays or errors may occur due to technical reasons.<br \/>\n3.2 Displaying product information is only an invitation to offer. A binding contract is formed only upon shipment.<br \/>\n3.3 We may cancel orders in cases of errors, stock issues, or abnormal payment activity.<\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Article 4: Shipping and Fulfillment<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5>4.1 Goods will be delivered to the address you provide. Delivery times are estimates.<br \/>\n4.2 We are not responsible for delays or failures due to:<br \/>\n(1) Wrong address<br \/>\n(2) Refusal or absence of recipient<br \/>\n(3) Force majeure<br \/>\n(4) Other reasons beyond our control<\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Article 5: User Conduct<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5>5.1 You must not:<br \/>\n(1) Post false or illegal content<br \/>\n(2) Impersonate others<br \/>\n(3) Submit fraudulent or malicious orders<br \/>\n(4) Infringe on others\u2019 rights<br \/>\n(5) Tamper with or disrupt the Platform<br \/>\n5.2 We may restrict, freeze, or delete accounts in violation of these rules and pursue legal liability.<\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Article 6: Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5>6.1 All content belongs to\u00a0YaBuyBuy\u00a0or its licensors.<br \/>\n6.2 You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.<\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Article 7: Suspension and Termination<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5>7.1 We may suspend or terminate services if violations or risks are detected.<br \/>\n7.2 You may request to close your account. Records will be retained as required by law.<br \/>\n7.3 We may suspend or terminate all or part of the service with prior notice.<\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Article 8: Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5>8.1 Services are provided \u201cas-is\u201d without guarantees.<br \/>\n8.2 We are not liable for loss caused by force majeure or uncontrollable factors.<br \/>\n8.3 We are not liable for losses resulting from your own actions.<br \/>\n8.4 We are not responsible for customs delays or external events such as war or disaster.<\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Article 9: Changes to Agreement<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5>9.1\u00a0YaBuyBuy\u00a0may revise this Agreement and post changes on the Platform.<br \/>\n9.2 If you disagree, you must stop using the service. Continued use means acceptance.<\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Article 10: Governing Law and Jurisdiction<\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5>10.1 This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute, both parties shall attempt to resolve it through good-faith negotiation. If the negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before the court with jurisdiction over the registered location of KOSEI, K.K.
